Whether your stay in Plymouth is for business or pleasure, the Ashgrove House bed and breakfast makes certain that your visit is relaxing and enjoyable. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities are available in each room and a fresh, homemade breakfast is available for each guest every morning. Both short and long-term guests are welcome. Uniquely situated on the Southwest tip of England, the City of Plymouth is rich with history as well as breathtaking seaside views. Since Plymouth is a major fishing port, fresh fish is caught daily and sold at the local market. The deepest aquarium tank in Europe is also featured at the Aquarium at Plymouth, which contains a plethora of various species of marine wildlife. Take a boat along the docks to sightsee or even go fishing. The Naval Dockyard and the HMS Raleigh is also just right around the corner, which offer a historical sightseeing treat.

A number of exciting sailing events occur throughout the year as well. Famous West End performances can be seen at the Theatre Royal, whilst a trip back in history can be taken down the cobbled stone paths of ancient Barbican. It’s not difficult to see a glimpse of nature’s beauty with the rugged wilderness of the Dartmoor National Park and the picturesque beaches of Devon and Cornwall nearby.
