The Lamplighter is easily accessible by all modes of transport as it is within a few hundred meters of the cross channel ferry terminal and just moments from both the railway and coach station.

Naturally Plymouth and the surrounding area have a wealth of water based sports for guests to enjoy, including sailing, diving, surfing, wind surfing, boat trips, sea angling and even water skiing.

The Lamplighter is also a very short walk from the Theatre Royal, Pavilions, Vue Cinema, Historic Barbican, Town Centre and much more. So you can enjoy these premier leisure attractions with ease.

The accommodation is comfortable and well maintained, with each of the nine rooms benefiting from a complimentary selection of hot beverages and biscuits, colour TV, fully centrally heated rooms, and a full fire certificate. You can choose from seven rooms which are en-suite or two with private facilities. A full English is included on the breakfast menu along with a vegetarian option. Early breakfasts are available on request.

Guests have the use of a security lit car park, and a resident's lounge. Pets are permitted in the bed and breakfast with prior consent of the management. Families with very young children are also offered a discount.
